1. The Service Model

Keenan Cory operates as a creative hub and consultancy. We provide strategic oversight and connect businesses with a curated network of specialist talent. All project engagements are subject to individual Master Service Agreements (MSA).

2. Intellectual Property

• For Clients: Upon final payment, full intellectual property rights for approved creative deliverables are transferred to the client.

• For Creatives: By submitting your work to the Designer Hub or as part of a project, you represent that you own the rights to said work and grant Keenan Cory permission to showcase it for the purpose of client matching.

3. The Designer Hub (Members Only)

Access to the Designer Hub is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to revoke access or passwords at any time if a member violates our code of conduct or fails to meet our quality standards.

4. Liability

Keenan Cory acts as a strategic lead. While we vet all specialists, we are not liable for individual third-party contractor disputes outside the scope of our managed Project Agreements.
